All orders for our premium ceramic mugs are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our international fulfillment facility.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We provide international shipping to ensure our products reach our customers in Singapore.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Odesa, Ukraine.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to Singapore is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to Singapore. No handling fees or additional delivery charges apply at checkout.
